Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting activities and daily financial operations.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare budgets, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate audits and ensure timely compliance.
- Monitor inventory and costing entries with Tally & ERP.
- Review ledger accuracy and resolve accounting issues.
- Lead and support the accounts team.
- Ensure accurate financial records and internal controls.
Skills & Requirements:
- CA or CA Intermediate qualification.
- 8-10+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance.
- Experience with financial statements and audits.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
