Job Title: Marketing Intern Pathshala

Location:Jhansii (Pathshala)

Duration- 2 months

Job Role:

As a Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing team in establishing the PW Pathshala –Jhansi through effective offline marketing initiatives. You will assist in lead generation, school outreach, brand promotion, and campaign execution while gaining hands-on experience in B2B marketing and the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in building and maintaining relationships with local schools, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions.

Support lead generation activities through offline marketing campaigns.

Help execute offline marketing initiatives such as flyer distribution, poster campaigns, kiosks, and local promotional activities.

Assist in identifying and connecting with schools to create awareness about PW Pathshala programs.

Coordinate and support promotional events, seminars, and school engagement activities.

Assist the marketing team in organizing brand activation campaigns and local outreach programs.

Conduct basic market research to gather information about local schools, competitors, and market trends.

Maintain records of daily marketing activities, leads generated, and campaign performance.

Support the team in achieving marketing and lead generation targets.





Qualifications & Skills:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant field.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Interest in offline marketing, sales, and the education industry.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets is preferred.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to work in the field.

Candidates based in or aroundJhansii will be preferred.
