The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the confidence to interact with potential clients over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be generating leads, explaining services, and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Introduce company services and answer customer inquiries.
- Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
