- End to end recruitment process
- On boarding and Off boarding formalities for employees
- Doing all generalist profile activities.
- Assist management for Performance Appraisal process
- Conduct employee engagement activities and handle grievances
- Arrange training and development programmes for all employees
- Ensure adherence to all pertinent labour laws
- Promote ethical, positive, and open work setting in Organization
- Ensure all employees are aware of company policies and procedures
- Direct all hiring & training procedures
- Update oneself about latest HR practices and work towards its implementation
- Evaluating and maintaining head count as per management guidelines
- Reporting and assisting to Management regularly for increased productivity and improved performance
· Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Manager or Management, as required
