We're looking for a Visa & Immigration Operations specialist who has owned the end-to-end process - from the employer's demand letter through recognition (Anerkennung/ZAB), visa/work permit filing, and final candidate deployment (flight-out). This is not a document-pusher role; we need someone who understands the process well enough to spot risk early, unblock stuck cases, and keep candidates and employers on a predictable timeline.

What You'll Own

- Demand letter to job description translation - reviewing employer demand letters and converting requirements into hiring/qualification specs
- Qualification mapping - assessing candidate ITI/NCVT certificates against German/EU frameworks (BBiG, VDE, DIN, EQF) to flag recognition risk before enrollment
- Recognition process management (Anerkennung) - coordinating ZAB submissions and chamber-level recognition procedures, tracking case status, resolving document gaps




- Visa/work permit filing - managing the Fachkraft visa and Ausbildung route paperwork, embassy/consulate coordination, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
- Language/readiness tracking - coordinating with candidates on A2–B2 German language milestones (Goethe-Institut assessed) ahead of visa filing
- Pre-departure to deployment - ticketing coordination, pre-departure documentation, and final handoff till the candidate physically lands and reports to the employer
- Immigration partner liaison - working closely with our regulatory immigration partner on case pipelines, tripartite agreement conditions, and milestone tracking
- Status reporting - maintaining a clean case tracker so SPG leadership always knows exactly where every candidate stands (documentation / recognition / visa / travel)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
