- Should have minimum 5+ years of experience in software development environment
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Prior experience in BFSI Domain.
- Strong experience in interacting with business users, department heads, and process owners
- Expertise in requirement gathering through workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs
- Ability to create detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows
- Experience translating business requirements into SharePoint and Nintex-based solutions
- Robust project status reporting skills, including tracking milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
- Experience maintaining requirement traceability, issue logs,
change requests, and decision logs
- Strong stakeholder coordination and requirement sign-off management
Ability to identify gaps, assumptions, risks, and dependencies during analysis
Key responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to understand the business requirements
- Create process flow and reports
- Document uses cases and update SOPs'
- Perform application/functional testing
- Create functional requirements
- Work with individual users on to provide support and training
- Identify system defects
