Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers and provide information about gold loan products.
- Process gold loan applications and complete KYC verification.
- Coordinate with the Gold Appraiser for gold valuation.
- Assist in loan disbursement, renewal, and closure processes.
- Maintain customer records and branch documentation.
- Generate new business through field visits and customer referrals.
- Achieve monthly business targets assigned by the Branch Manager.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
- Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent).
- Freshers to 2 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Gold Loan, Finance, Sales, or Customer Service.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Local language proficiency is mandatory.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,670.51 - ₹14,495.50 per month
