Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Intern to convert high-intent online leads into customers through calls, WhatsApp, and chat. This is a consultative sales role focused on building trust and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads from website, WhatsApp, and ads.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry.
- Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds and products.
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Strong English communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable with calls and WhatsApp conversations.
- Freshers are welcome; sales experience is a plus.
