- Daily Volume: Approximately 1,400 video files per shift
- Video Length: ~20 seconds per clip
- Work Platform: Web-based video review portal
Key Responsibilities:
- Review incoming video files to identify potential theft-related activity.
- Analyze ~20-second video clips using a web-based interface.
- Accurately classify each event based on observed behavior.
- Select appropriate categories from a predefined dropdown system.
- Maintain productivity standards by processing approximately 1,400 clips per shift.
- Ensure high accuracy and adherence to quality benchmarks (KPIs).
- Escalate unclear, suspicious, or high-priority cases as per defined protocols.
A Day in the Life:
- Log in to the video review system at the start of the shift.
- Access and process assigned video queues in a sequential workflow.
- Watch each video clip carefully and assess for theft indicators.
- Classify and submit each event promptly within the system.
- Maintain a consistent review pace while ensuring accuracy standards are met.
- Collaborate with team leads for escalations or clarifications when required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations, surveillance, or loss prevention (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with video monitoring tools or data classification tasks is an advantage
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
