We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to independently manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our bakery business. The role covers accounts for the production unit, bakery outlet, and café. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in Excel and Tally, and possess positive communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment transactions in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor cash flow, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
- Coordinate with management regarding financial reports and operational requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Handle accounts independently and take ownership of the finance function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Robust communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete responsibility for accounting operations.
- Prior experience in accounting is preferred.
