We are looking for a passionate and experienced New Product Development (NPD) Executive to lead the end-to-end product development process and contribute to building the next generation of skincare and beauty products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process, from concept generation to commercial launch.
- Research emerging trends, ingredients, formulations, packaging innovations, and consumer preferences in the skincare, beauty, and cosmetics industry.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, formulation laboratories, packaging vendors, and suppliers to develop new products.
- Source and evaluate new ingredients, packaging materials, and product concepts.
- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and consumer research to identify product opportunities.
- Travel extensively to manufacturing units, supplier locations, exhibitions, trade fairs, and vendor facilities for product development, quality evaluation, and business meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Design, Regulatory, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to ensure timely product launches.
- Manage product sampling, testing, product trials, and formulation approvals.
- Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Prepare product documentation, specifications, costing, timelines, and development reports.
- Track project milestones and ensure on-time execution of multiple product development projects.

Travel Requirement





- This is a field-intensive role that requires frequent travel to multiple locations for vendor meetings, factory visits, product evaluations, exhibitions, sourcing activities, and quality inspections.
- Travel may be required across various cities within India and occasionally outside India, depending on project requirements and business needs.
- All approved travel, accommodation, and business-related expenses incurred during official travel will be reimbursed as per the company's travel and reimbursement policy.
- Candidates should be comfortable with regular travel and possess strong coordination and communication skills.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) within the Skincare, Beauty, Personal Care, or Cosmetics industry.
- Hands-on experience managing product development from ideation to market launch.
- Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, formulations, packaging materials, product testing, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience coordinating with third-party manufacturers and suppliers.
- Excellent project management and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications





- Prior experience with a well-known or established skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or personal care brand will be a significant advantage.
- Experience attending international beauty exhibitions, sourcing events, or working with global suppliers is preferred.
- Knowledge of cosmetic regulatory standards and product compliance is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
