We are looking for an organised, dependable qualified to run day-to-day administrative and coordination operations directly with the Director. This is a high-visibility role — you will be the central point through which work moves across the organisation. You will not be doing routine clerical work; you will be tracking, coordinating, and closing tasks across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track tasks assigned across teams; follow up until closure
- Maintain the daily delegation and task-tracking sheet with committed deadlines
- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, calls, and correspondence
- Draft and manage emails, letters, and internal communication
- Maintain records, files, MIS reports, and basic HR documentation (attendance, leave, onboarding paperwork)
- Handle vendor and external coordination
- Conduct online research and prepare summaries as required
- Support the Director on office and general coordination matters
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in administration,
office coordination, HR admin, or as an assistant to senior management
- Strong follow-up and task-tracking ability — this is the single most important requirement
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, linking sheets) and MS Word
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to get work done from senior colleagues with professionalism and persistence
- Stable employment record
- Graduate in any discipline; secretarial or administration background preferred
