Job Summary

We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist / Behavioural Trainer to improve patient experience by training clinic teams on communication, empathy, emotional intelligence, workplace behaviour, and professional etiquette.

The role involves conducting behavioural training programs, coaching employees, identifying behavioural improvement areas, and working closely with Operations and HR to build a patient-centric culture.

Frequent travel across Mumbai clinics is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct behavioural and soft skills training for clinic staff.
- Train employees on communication, empathy, patient handling, conflict resolution, and workplace etiquette.
- Observe staff interactions and recommend behavioural improvements.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching and counselling sessions.
- Develop training presentations, assessments, role plays, and learning materials.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
- Partner with HR and Operations to improve employee engagement and patient experience.
- Conduct induction and onboarding behavioural sessions.
- Maintain training reports and documentation.




- Travel regularly to clinics across Mumbai.

Requirements

- B.Sc. in Psychology (Mandatory)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in behavioural training, counselling, psychology, or L&D.;
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, hospitality, or service industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong coaching, counselling, and facilitation abilities.
- Good understanding of behavioural psychology and emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable travelling independently across Mumbai.
