​Role Overview

​Looking for a Senior Quality In-Charge to lead our quality inspection team, ensure product standards, and maintain process compliance in a precision manufacturing environment.

​Role & Responsibilities

- ​Manage incoming, in-process, and final inspection of machined parts.
- ​Lead and train the quality inspection team.
- ​Interpret engineering drawings (GD&T;) and enforce quality standards.
- ​Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA for customer complaints.
- ​Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to minimize rejection and scrap.
- ​Maintain ISO documentation, SOPs, and calibration records.

​Qualification & Skills





- ​Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- ​5+ years of experience in precision machining or manufacturing.
- ​Hands-on expertise with Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and CMM/VMM.
- ​Positive knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, PPAP, FMEA, and 7 QC tools.
- ​Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Pay: â‚ą40,000.00 - â‚ą50,000.00 per month

Education:

- Diploma (Required)

Experience:

- Manufacturing Precision Engineering , Machining Industry: 5 years (Required)
- ISO 9001 standards, PPAP, FMEA, and 7 QC tools: 5 years (Required)
