We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations during a 12-hour shift. The ideal candidate must have deep technical knowledge of Thermoforming machines and hands-on experience processing HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) and PP (Polypropylene) materials. You will be responsible for ensuring production targets, maintaining quality standards, minimizing wastage, and managing shift workers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5+ years of active experience in HIPS/PP disposable or packaging manufacturing.
- Education: ITI, Diploma in Plastic Technology (CIPET), or equivalent practical industrial experience.
- Material Expertise: Strong understanding of PP and HIPS thermal properties, shrinkage, and blending recipes (virgin vs. regrind).
- Shift Capability: Physically fit and comfortable working 12-hour rotational shifts (Day/Night).
- Leadership: Robust floor management, discipline enforcement, and communication skills to handle labor.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
