Job Summary

The AGM – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, managing accounting functions, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls. The role requires strong expertise in Indian Accounting Standards, financial management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, banking, and cash flow.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor internal financial controls and recommend process improvements.
- Review vendor payments,



reconciliations, and financial transactions.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Qualification

- CA Inter / CA Final (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)/M.com

Experience

- 10–12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Robust exposure to Indian Accounting Practices and statutory compliances.
- Experience in construction or real estate industry is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Age below 50 years
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of ERP/Tally/MS Excel

Salary Range- 65000 to 75000 per month
