working Days- 6 days

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily production activities of both factory units.
- Monitor production schedules and achieve targets.
- Review production output of both factories at the end of each working day.
- Maintain accurate daily production reports and records.
- Coordinate with supervisors and factory staff.
- Ensure quality standards and company procedures are followed.
- Monitor machine utilization and workforce productivity.
- Identify process improvements.
- Ensure workplace safety compliance.
- Coordinate with inventory, dispatch, and procurement teams.
- Submit daily and weekly production reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of production/factory management experience.
- MS Excel proficiency.
- Leadership,



communication, and problem-solving skills.
