We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth at WD Branding Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will play a key part in expanding our client portfolio and ensuring the long-term success of our branding and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to new business prospects to build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Market Identification: Research and analyze industry trends to uncover new business opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong, professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate on the creation of business proposals and creative service agreements.
- Client Onboarding: Assist in transitioning new clients into our internal workflows, ensuring a seamless start to their projects.

Requirements & Skills

- Communication:



Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective pitching and client interaction.
- Negotiation: Robust ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Proficiency in using tools like ClickUp for lead management and workflow tracking is highly preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to recognize growth patterns and align them with company strategy.
- Professionalism: A proven track record of maintaining high standards in business correspondence and client representation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the marketing or branding industry.
- Familiarity with CRM or project management software.
- Local market knowledge of the Kochi and Muvattupuzha business landscape
