Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with an engineering background to support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support related to products and services.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, order status, and customer databases.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, presentations, and product information.
- Ensure accurate processing of sales orders and maintain proper documentation.




- Support the sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve coordination-related issues.
- Assist in preparing contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of engineering products and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP/CRM software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
