Global Digitaz is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller Executive for our Gorakhpur office.
Responsibilities:
- Call business owners using the provided database.
- Generate leads for Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing and IT Services.
- Explain company services professionally.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain call records and follow-ups in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
- Positive Hindi communication skills.
- Basic English is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Internet).
- Confident on phone calls.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass
- Graduate Preferred
