Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing through POS system with accuracy and speed
- Manage cash, UPI, card payments, and ensure proper reconciliation
- Maintain daily cash balance and submit reports to Accounts
- Issue bills/receipts correctly and follow company billing procedures
- Assist customers at the billing counter with queries
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth store operations
- Identify and report any discrepancies immediately
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and digital payments
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced environment
- Basic math and accuracy in cash handling
