Job Summary

Ardent Life Sciences is looking for dynamic and result-oriented one Territory Business Managers (TBM) and one Area Business Managers (ABM) to join our sales team for the Siliguri HQ. Candidates with experience in the Gastro Division will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote the company's products to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage assigned territory and ensure effective market coverage.
- Conduct regular field visits and generate business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor competitor activities.

Requirements:

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.




- Experience in the Gastro Division is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good territory management and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
