To ensure timely, accurate, and effective processing and settlement of insurance claims by coordinating with insurance companies, surveyors, customers, and internal teams. The role focuses on minimizing claim settlement delays, ensuring proper documentation, improving customer satisfaction, and maximizing insurance claim realization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for claim approvals and settlements.
- Scrutinize estimate sheets and ensure all repair works are accurately captured for insurance claims.
- Verify insurance documents and ensure complete documentation before claim submission.
- Follow up with insurance companies for pending approvals and claim settlements.
- Ensure claims are submitted within the prescribed timelines.
- Monitor claim aging and reduce outstanding claim receivables.
- Coordinate with Bodyshop Advisors, Estimators, and Workshop teams to resolve claim-related issues.
- Handle customer queries related to insurance claims and settlement procedures.
- Ensure compliance with insurance company guidelines and company SOPs.
- Maintain claim records, MIS reports, and settlement status reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
