Role Overview
We are looking for passionate English Tutors who can help users improve their spoken English through live conversations and practice sessions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 or group English speaking sessions
- Help learners improve fluency, pronunciation, and confidence
- Correct grammar mistakes and provide better sentence structures
- Engage users in real-life conversation scenarios
- Encourage consistent speaking practice
Requirements
- Robust spoken and written English skills
- Good communication and teaching ability
- Friendly and patient personality
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus
- Comfortable with online tools and mobile apps
Preferred
- Experience in Spoken English training
- Experience with beginners or non-native speakers
- Background in BA English, MBA, BBA or any stream (English must be strong)
Compensation
- Performance-based or session-based payout
- Incentives for high engagement and retention
Pay: ₹9,594.26 - ₹47,300.46 per month
