Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executive to promote our hospital’s healthcare services, build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, and increase patient referrals through ethical marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals regularly.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and healthcare partners.

* Promote hospital services, specialties, health check-up packages, and medical camps.

* Organize awareness programs, health camps, CMEs, and community outreach activities.

* Generate recent referral opportunities and strengthen existing referral networks.

* Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, patient preferences, and healthcare trends.

* Coordinate with consultants and hospital departments for marketing initiatives.

* Maintain daily visit reports and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.

* Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.

* Represent the hospital professionally while maintaining ethical marketing standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
