Position: Purchase Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing and procurement activities
- Handle vendor coordination and supplier negotiations
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and products
- Maintain purchase records and documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams
- Analyze pricing and prepare purchase reports
Requirements:
- Experience in purchase/procurement within the food industry preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Valuable knowledge of inventory management and vendor handling
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills
