We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer with strong experience in CAM programming and machining processes. The candidate should be capable of creating accurate CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, and performing toolpath simulations to ensure efficient and error-free production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CNC programs using Mastercam and Solid CAM
- Perform toolpath simulation to verify machining operations and avoid errors
- Interpret and analyze engineering drawings and blueprints
- Optimize machining processes for productivity and quality
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure accuracy
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Mastercam
- Experience in Solid CAM
- Strong drawing reading knowledge
- Expertise in toolpath simulation
Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in VMC Programming
