Job Roles & Responsibility:

- Create 3D models of casting components using Siemens NX.
- Design wax injection dies, core dies, and tooling.
- Design fixtures, jigs, and machining fixtures.
- Generate CNC toolpaths using Siemens NX CAM.
- Prepare machining process sheets and setup instructions.
- Define machining sequences for roughing, semi-finishing, and finishing.
- Ensure CAD models comply with customer drawings.
- Maintain revision control of CAD files.
- Prepare technical documentation and inspection drawings.
- Support quality teams in resolving dimensional issues.
- mprove tooling designs for longer tool life.
- Reduce machining costs and material waste.
- Implement design improvements based on production feedback.
- Standardize CAD/CAM practices.

Required Skills :

- Siemens NX CAD
- Siemens NX CAM
- AutoCAD (optional)
- Solid Work
- Proficiency in Siemens NX CAD & NX CAM.




- Knowledge of CNC milling and turning.
- Understanding of investment casting processes.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Ability to perform toolpath simulation and optimization.
- Good communication and teamwork.

- AutoCAD (optional)
- SolidWorks

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / B.TECH in Mechanical Eng.

Experience :

- Fresher to min. 1 year

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
