Solace Neurobehavioural Center is looking for a Telecaller to handle incoming calls and schedule appointments for patients in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities: Attend incoming calls from patients and clients Provide basic information about services Schedule and manage appointment bookings Maintain call records and appointment details Coordinate with front office and clinical team Requirements Any qualification Positive communication skills (Malayalam and English preferred) Basic computer knowledge Friendly and professional attitude Experience Prior experience in telecalling or front office is an added advantage
