Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests courteously and assist them in seating as per restaurant standards.
- Present the menu, explain dishes when required, and accurately record and communicate customer orders to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests, resolving basic concerns,



and escalating issues to the Captain or Manager when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, tables, cutlery, crockery, and equipment at all times.
- Prepare tables before service and clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently after guests leave.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and company SOPs, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen, billing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Support restaurant opening, closing, inventory handling, and other operational activities as assigned.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Captain, Restaurant Manager, or Management to ensure efficient restaurant operations and excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
