Job Description:

Tayal Corp is looking for a Pre-Sales Executive with 0.6 Months-2 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi and be proficient in handling customer inquiries, lead generation, and coordination with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Provide detailed information about real estate projects to clients.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer details and interactions.




- Follow up with potential clients to ensure conversion.
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer engagement and closures.

Requirements:

- 0.6 Months -2 years of experience in pre-sales in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Highly motivated with a customer-centric approach.

Salary: As per industry standards.
Work Location: Sangamwadi, Pune
