Location: Factory
Experience: 1–4 Years (Freshers with relevant exposure can apply)
Qualification: Diploma / BE / BTech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial or related field

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily production activities and schedules
- Monitor production output, manpower, and machine utilization
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams
- Track downtime, rejection, and wastage
- Prepare daily production and MIS reports
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, and safety standards

Skills Required:

- Solid coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of production processes
- Ability to work in shifts and handle shop-floor operations
- Good reporting and documentation skills

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Factory background
Shift: Rotational shifts
