Junior Sales Executive – Real Estate / Construction

### Key Responsibilities

* Generate and convert sales enquiries.

* Explain residential/commercial projects to prospective customers.

* Conduct customer meetings and site visits.

* Prepare and draft booking forms, agreements, and sales-related documents.

* Follow up with customers for timely payments and collections.

* Maintain customer records and sales reports.

* Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of bookings.

* Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

### Candidate Profile

* Graduate in any discipline.





* 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Building Material Sales.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Experience in drafting agreements and handling documentation.

* Strong follow-up skills for payment collections.

* Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

* Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
