We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the day-to-day accounting operations of our entrance coaching academy.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Prepare and record invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash handling
- Maintain general ledger and financial records
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports
- Assist in payroll processing and staff reimbursements
- Track expenses and budget monitoring
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Support audit activities and documentation
- Maintain fee collection records and student accounts
- Coordinate with management for financial planning
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience in educational institution preferred
- Knowledge of Tally / accounting software
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
