 Oversee complete SMT line operations including Printer, Pick & place, Reflow, SPI and AOI processes.  Ensure smooth running of SMT lines to achieve daily production targets.  Monitor line balancing, cycle time, and production efficiency.  Coordinate with production planning team for smooth execution of schedules.  Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and changeover.  Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown support with maintenance team.  Ensure machine uptime and minimize downtime.  Monitor soldering quality, placement accuracy, and process defects.  Work closely with Quality team to reduce defects and rework.  Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).  Improve SMT line efficiency and productivity.  Reduce material wastage, defects, and rework.  Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices in SMT area.  Optimize changeover time and improve throughput.  Manage SMT operators, technicians,



and line supervisors.  Train operators on machine operation and safety procedures.  Allocate manpower effectively across SMT lines.  Ensure availability of materials, components, and BOM requirements.  Track WIP (Work in Progress) and ensure timely completion of orders.  Maintain SMT production records, machine logs, and quality documentation.  Follow SOPs and work instructions strictly.
