JOB TITLE : HR Executive

LOCATION : Panipat, Haryana

EXPERIENCE : Minimum 1 year (preferably in a consulting/recruitment firm)

PACKAGE : 35k

Job Summary :

Develop and implement effective hiring strategies, actively search, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals and internal databases. Conduct candidate calling and telephonic interviews, understand job requirements and coordinate with clients. Lead and guide a small team of recruiters when needed, maintain organized candidate records and daily recruitment reports. Handle onboarding procedures and ensure proper documentation.

Role & Responsibilities :

- - Solid communication and organizational skills
- - Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Qualifications :

- Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred)
