Operations Executive — Corporate Uniforms

About the Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive Operations Executive to oversee our day-to-day fulfillment, production tracking, and supply chain logistics. In this role, you will bridge the gap between client orders, fabric suppliers, tailor/factory teams, and final delivery—ensuring our corporate clients get high-quality uniforms on time and at exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities

* Order Management & Fulfillment: Track client orders from placement to final dispatch. Coordinate order specs (sizes, fit adjustments, logos/embroidery) with client managers.

* Production Scheduling: Liaise daily with internal production teams, external tailors, and garment factories to keep order timelines on track.

* Supply Chain & Inventory Control: Monitor fabric, trim, and accessory inventory levels; place timely reorders to avoid production bottlenecks.

* Quality Assurance (QA): Inspect finished garments for sizing accuracy, stitching quality, logo placement, and packaging standard before delivery.

* Vendor & Logistics Coordination:



Partner with courier services and freight managers to ensure cost-effective, on-time client deliveries.

* Issue Resolution: Promptly address production delays, defect reports, or sizing exchange requests to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Experience: 2–4 years in operations, logistics, or production management (experience in apparel, textiles, or uniform supply is strongly preferred).

* Skills:

* Strong inventory management and order-tracking skills (proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or ERP software like Zoho, SAP, or similar).

* High attention to detail regarding garment specs, measurements, and fabric types.

* Solid negotiation and vendor-management ability.

* Excellent problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Fashion/Textile Management, or a related field.
