- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities
- Explain company products/services clearly (Nutraceutical / Pharma products)
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain daily call records and update in CRM/Excel
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and closure
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
