- Manage the overall Finance & Accounts functions of the organization.
- Maintain accurate Books of Accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and finalize Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements.
- Prepare the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Manage General Ledger, Journal Entries, Trial Balance, and Account Reconciliations.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
- Monitor cash flow, fund flow, and petty cash management.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
- Conduct Budget vs. Actual and Variance Analysis.
- Manage working capital and treasury operations.
- Coordinate banking transactions, loan documentation, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit all statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate Internal, Statutory, Tax, and Government Audits.
- Develop and implement effective internal financial controls and SOPs.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual MIS reports.
- Perform financial analysis, profitability analysis, and cost analysis.
- Monitor cost control initiatives and optimize operational expenses.
- Analyze product-wise, department-wise, and business unit profitability.




- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and oversee depreciation accounting.
- Supervise inventory accounting, valuation, and stock reconciliation.
- Verify payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and Full & Final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable laws.
- Maintain accurate financial records and statutory documentation.
- Manage ERP Finance Module and ensure accurate financial data entry.
- Improve financial processes and accounting systems.
- Coordinate with Banks, Auditors, Chartered Accountants, Consultants, and Government Authorities.
- Provide financial reports and strategic insights to Senior Management.
- Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding receivables.
- Review and approve financial vouchers, invoices, and payment requests.
- Support tax planning and financial risk management.
- Ensure confidentiality of all financial and accounting information.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Finance & Accounts team.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Handle all finance-related correspondence and documentation.
- Collaborate with HR, Sales, Procurement, Production, and other departments on financial matters.
- Perform any other Finance & Accounts responsibilities assigned by the Management.
