Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and IB schools.
- Present international academic immersion and experiential learning programs to institutional stakeholders.
- Coordinate with international university partners regarding academic content, curriculum, program structure, and collaborations.
- Conduct meetings with university leadership, faculty, International Relations Offices (IROs), and school management.
- Present CAS (Creativity, Activity & Service) programs to International Baccalaureate (IB) schools.
- Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, MoUs, reports, and institutional documentation.
- Support the planning and execution of international academic immersion programs.
- Work closely with the Academic and Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
- Represent Immersia at institutional meetings, education events, and conferences.
- Maintain regular communication with domestic and international partners through emails, virtual meetings, and follow-ups.
- Identify new collaboration opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Education

- Master's, M.Phil.,



or Ph.D. in Education, Management, International Relations, Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Humanities, or any relevant discipline.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Higher Education, International Relations, Academic Partnerships, Study Abroad, Educational Consulting, Business Development, or Academic Administration.
- Candidates with teaching, research, curriculum development, or university administration experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
