1. Position Details

Designation: Executive Operations & Sales
Department: Tour Sales & Operations
Reporting To: Director

Work Location:
Excellent Himalayan Adventure Studio Pvt. Ltd.
Raipur Tea Estate, Thakurdwara
Palampur, Himachal Pradesh – India

The company reserves the right to transfer you to any location, project, or department within the organisation depending on operational requirements.

2. Employment Type

Your employment will be under an Full time employment based on performance, conduct, and organisational requirements.

3. Probation Period

You will be on probation for a period of six (6) months from the date of joining.

During the probation period, your performance, conduct, discipline, and alignment with the organisation’s values and operational standards will be assessed.

The company reserves the right to:

- Extend the probation period if performance evaluation requires further review
- Terminate employment during probation with 15 day notice.
- Incase of poor performace or any dicipinary issue, your services will be termination on spot and your settlment will be done in 48 Hr, provided all handover is done,

4. Compensation Structure

Your compensation will be structured as follows:

₹ 12,000-20000 per month (in hand) + Duty Meal+ Post-probation incentives: 5% of Net Profit above 3x the drawn salary

Additional benefits include:

- Accidental insurance coverage
- Duty staff meal & Two tea services during working hours
- Official phone and mobile number for company work
- Travel allowances when travelling for official work as per company policy

Salary revisions and increments will be performance-based and reviewed annually.

5. Working Hours

Your standard working schedule will be:

6 working days per week

Shift options depending on operational requirement:

- 09:30 AM – 07:30 PM or
- 10:00 AM – 08:00 PM

(Including scheduled breaks)

The nature of the travel industry requires flexibility, and you may be required to work extended hours during peak seasons, guest movements, or operational requirements.

6. Weekly Offs & Leave Policy

Employees are entitled to four (4) scheduled weekly offs per month.

Weekly offs are generally granted after six continuous working days. In case of a shortfall in working days, it may be treated as leave without pay.

If required to work on national holidays (26 January / 15 August), compensation will be provided as per company policy.

7. Key Responsibilities

Your role as will include, but is not limited to:

Sales & Business Development





- Promote and sell travel packages and services to individuals, travel agents, and corporate clients -
- Conduct telesales, client meetings, and partner outreach
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and partners
- Present customised travel solutions and proposals

Tour Operations & Service Delivery

- Plan, develop, and manage tour itineraries, packages, and pricing strategies
- Manage bookings and reservations across hotels, transport providers, airlines, and activity partners
- Coordinate with vendors, guides, and operational partners
- Ensure seamless execution of tours and guest experiences
- Manage travel desk operations for taxis, tours, and experiences
- Monitor service quality and operational delivery

Operational Coordination

- Maintain and update operational databases and documentation
- Manage confirmations, invoices, and operational records
- Address customer inquiries and service requests efficiently
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain service standards
- Collect and analyse guest feedback to improve service delivery

You may also be required to travel for operational assignments, partner meetings, and guest management.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

During the course of your employment, you will have access to confidential information including but not limited to:

- Client databases
- Pricing structures
- Vendor agreements
- Business strategies
- Operational procedures
- Company financial information
- Digital assets and marketing data

You are strictly prohibited from:

- Sharing company information with external parties
- Using company data for personal benefit
- Transferring company data to personal devices, email accounts, or storage systems
- Copying or distributing operational data or client information

These obligations shall remain binding even after termination of employment.

9. Vendor Ethics & Professional Conduct

Employees must maintain strict professional integrity when dealing with vendors and partners.

You are strictly prohibited from:

- Accepting gifts, personal benefits, or free services from vendors or partners




- Entering into personal commercial arrangements using company contacts
- Misrepresenting company policies or commitments

Any violation of vendor ethics will be treated as serious misconduct.

10. Code of Conduct

Your employment requires adherence to professional discipline and conduct.

Immediate termination without settlement may occur if you:

- Consume or possess narcotics or controlled substances
- Are found intoxicated during working hours
- Engage in misconduct, harassment, or unprofessional behaviour
- Misuse company data, resources, or confidential information
- Violate operational policies or ethical guidelines

11. Performance & Service Standards

Your continuation in the role will depend on:

- Sales performance
- Operational accuracy
- Client service quality
- Professional conduct
- Contribution to company growth

If performance is consistently below the expected standards o any miscondct, the company reserves the right to terminate employment at any time, without any notice. In such cases, compensation up to the last working day will be processed withi n 5 working days after proper handover of responsibilities and assets.

12. Notice Period

After confirmation, either party may terminate employment by providing 45 days written notice.

Settlement will only be processed if the full notice period is served and proper handover is completed. Final settlement will be donein 7 working days.

In case of a senaro where business operations due to any reason is halted temporarily or closed, company will only be responsible to settle your dues till trhe last working day or day of intimating you.

13. Company Property

All company assets including:

- Official SIM
- Documents and records
- Digital files and systems
- Marketing materials and operational data

must be returned upon termination or resignation.

14. Acceptance of Appointment

Please confirm your acceptance of this appointment by signing and returning a copy of this letter.

15. Joining Date

Your joining date as per discussion
