Experience

- 8–15+ years in the Automobile Dealership Industry.
- Experience with passenger vehicle dealerships is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete sales operations.
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strengthen customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and improve dealership performance.




- Coordinate with OEM and dealership management for business excellence.
