Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Thrissur

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 10+ Years (NBFC/Financial Services Preferred) in Robust expertise in financial planning, taxation, audit, compliance, and leadership

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

* Ensure accurate financial reporting (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and MIS.

* Manage regulatory compliance (RBI, GST, Income Tax) and oversee audits.

* Handle treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, and fund management.

* Implement internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.

* Drive profitability, cost optimization, and performance analysis (KPIs).

* Lead budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.

* Manage and mentor finance team; collaborate with board and stakeholders.

* Oversee investor relations, credit ratings, and fundraising activities.

* Drive financial systems, automation, and strategic projects.
