About Position

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with deep expertise in Agentic AI, Program Management, and Enterprise AI Transformation to lead large-scale, strategic AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions that leverage autonomous agents, intelligent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows to solve complex business challenges. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, AI program governance, and the ability to align advanced AI capabilities with business objectives and enterprise strategy.

What You'll Do:

- Lead complex, cross-functional Agentic AI programs from strategy through execution and successful business adoption.
- Drive end-to-end program delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.




- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions leveraging autonomous agents, intelligent orchestration frameworks, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams to define AI roadmaps and execution plans.
- Establish program governance, delivery frameworks, risk management processes, and performance metrics.
- Drive adoption of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and intelligent automation technologies across the enterprise.
- Manage program dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes for AI programs.
- Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, ethical AI, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee vendor management, partner collaboration, and external AI ecosystem engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across AI delivery and operational processes.
- Mentor program managers, AI leaders, and cross-functional teams on best practices for AI adoption and program execution.
- Ensure successful transition from proof-of-concept to production-scale AI deployments.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 15+ years of experience in Program Management, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Technology, or Strategic Delivery leadership.
- Strong experience leading large-scale AI, Data, Cloud, or Enterprise Transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of Agentic AI, Autonomous Agents, AI Orchestration, and Human-in-the-Loop frameworks.
- Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-powered business solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional programs in global enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in program governance, portfolio management, budgeting, planning, and executive reporting.
- Experience collaborating with senior business stakeholders,



executive leadership, and technology teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and modern delivery methodologies.
- Ability to translate business strategy into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, compliance requirements, and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams and large delivery organizations.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, AI ecosystems, and enterprise architecture principles is highly desirable.
- PMP, PgMP, Certified Scrum Professional, AI, Cloud, or related certifications are preferred.
