Lead Generation & Business Development

- Generate recent business leads through online portals, databases, social media, exhibitions, and market research.
- Identify potential customers
- Qualify leads and assign them to the respective Sales Executive.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead database.
- Follow up on enquiries received through the website, India MART, email, and other marketing channels.

Sales Coordination

- Coordinate daily with field sales executives regarding customer visits and follow-ups.
- Track the status of customer enquiries, quotations, samples, trials, and orders.
- Ensure timely follow-up until order closure.
- Maintain customer-wise sales records and opportunity trackers.
- Assist the Sales Head in monitoring team performance and sales activities.

Order Management

- Coordinate with customers for Purchase Orders (POs).
- Keep customers informed about production status and delivery schedules.

Product Knowledge & Customer Support

- Develop a strong understanding of the company's product portfolio




- Explain basic product information and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate technical queries with the Technical Service or R&D; team.

Field Sales Support

- Coordinate travel schedules, appointments, and customer meetings.
- Track daily visit reports and follow up on action items.
- Ensure field staff update CRM and submit visit reports on time.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales MIS.
- Maintain reports

Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with internal departments.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer and order-related issues.

Documentation

- Maintain customer master data.
- Update CRM/ERP regularly.
- Maintain records of quotations, POs, sales orders, invoices, and customer correspondence.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all sales-related records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
