About the Role
RapidInc is looking for a creative Employer Branding Executive to strengthen our employer brand and attract top talent. You'll work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to showcase our culture and support hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create employer branding content for social media and career platforms.
- Promote company culture through employee stories and campaigns.
- Support recruitment marketing and hiring campaigns.
- Manage career pages and employer branding activities.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in employer branding, HR, marketing, or recruitment.
- Robust communication and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
