Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will assist in creating engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing, branding, presentations, and other company requirements. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

· Create creative designs for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and marketing activities.

· Design posters, banners, brochures, presentations, invitations, and other marketing materials.

· Assist in developing branding and visual communication materials.

· Edit and resize creatives according to different digital platforms and requirements.

· Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines, fonts, colors, and visual identity.

· Work closely with the senior designer, marketing, content, and other teams.

· Understand design briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing creatives.

· Make revisions and improvements based on feedback from management and team members.

· Ensure all designs are delivered accurately and within deadlines.





· Stay updated with current design trends and creative ideas.

· Required Skills

· Good knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colors, and layouts.

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.

· Basic knowledge of Figma, InDesign, or video editing tools will be an advantage.

· Strong creative and visual thinking skills.

· Good attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple design requirements and meet deadlines.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Willingness to learn and take feedback.

Qualification & Experience

· Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.

· 0–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

· Freshers with a robust portfolio and good creative skills may also apply.

· Candidates should be able to share a portfolio or samples of their previous design work.
