About Gamespace IT Solutions

Gamespace IT Solutions is a game development company based in Jaipur, specializing in creating engaging and innovative games across multiple platforms. We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive who can support our growing team by managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, with a focus on game development roles such as Unity Developers, Unreal Developers, Game Designers, 3D Artists, QA Testers, Backend Developers, and Project Managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct HR screenings, and manage the complete hiring process.
- Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support performance management and employee appraisal activities.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and HR events.
- Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work culture.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, compliance, and best practices.




- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT or game development industry.
- Robust recruitment experience for technical positions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Valuable understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and labor compliance.
- Experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates based in Jaipur will be preferred.
- Prior experience hiring for game development or IT companies is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
