Job Summary

The CA Inter – Finance & Accounts will support the Finance team in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, audits, and MIS reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory reports.
- Assist in internal, statutory, and tax audits by providing required documents and schedules.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Verify invoices, vendor payments, and expense claims.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.




- Support process improvements and internal financial controls.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance.
- Good understanding of auditing and taxation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Technical Skills

- Tally Prime / ERP Software
- MS Excel (Advanced)
- MS Word & PowerPoint
- ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) – Preferred
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis tools

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
