Position Description

Coordinate in data analytics and process improvement projects in Base Maintenance (BM), focusing on enhancing safety, quality, productivity, and staff well-being in alignment with company objectives

What You'll Do

- Leverage data analytics and process improvement to enhance safety, quality, productivity, staff well-being, and business sustainability in BM.
- Support the promotion and optimization of visualization tools to effectively address business needs and improve data accessibility.
- Contribute to the generation of insights and actionable initiatives aimed at improving safety, quality, operations, and financial performance.
- Facilitate the monitoring and reporting of cross-BM projects, ensuring alignment with overall objectives and timely execution.





What You'll Need

- Recognised degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Data or related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years related experience preferably in line/ base maintenance of an airlines engineering department or an aircraft maintenance repair organizations or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in project management, Lean Six Sigma projects, or data project
- Minimum 1 year of managerial experience
- A recognized qualification in data analytics/mining, lean and project management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
